This seven-day retreat for IFS graduates is designed to facilitate the embodiment of Self energy and a deeper awareness of the many ways that parts communicate through physical symptoms. The six hours of training time per day will include many rich, varied exercises, live demonstrations, and supervised practice. Your Self energy will be enhanced by optional yoga classes, bodywork and spa treatments, deliciously nutritious meals, and adventurous excursions into Costa Rica. You will return to the last weeks of winter retored in body and soul. This retreat is open to graduates of IFS trainings or those with comparable experience with the Model. Non-participating companions are welcome to accompany you and enjoy Pura Vida's amenities.
Choose from a variety of reasonably priced accomodations, ranging from $1,365-$1,520 per person (double occupancy) or $1,710-$2,025 per person (single occupancy) for seven nights. Cost also includes meals, Somatic IFS tuition, and airport transportation. A $50 earlybird discount is available for registration and full payment by November 1, 2010.
